1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using pbqSimulator, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your password confidential. Let us know right away at support@pbqsimulator.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute PBQ simulations, scenarios, or badge artwork outside the platform.
• Share your paid account access with people who haven't paid.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the grading or simulation engine.
• Use the platform for anything unlawful.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel; cancelling keeps your access through the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing further is charged. Lifetime access is a single, one-time purchase with no recurring charge. All payments are processed by Stripe. If something's wrong with a charge, contact support@pbqsimulator.com within a reasonable window of the purchase and we'll work it out with you.

5. Intellectual property

The PBQ simulations, scenarios, workspace interactions, and badge artwork on pbqSimulator are our property (or licensed to us) and are provided for your personal exam-prep use only — not for resale, redistribution, or publication elsewhere.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including abuse of the platform or sharing of paid access. You can stop using the service, or ask us to delete your account, at any time.

7. Disclaimer

pbqSimulator is an independent practice tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CompTIA. Practicing here does not guarantee you'll pass any certification exam.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, pbqSimulator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change; continuing to use pbqSimulator after an update means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable to where pbqSimulator operates. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
